The poems articulated to create this book are beautifully written. They are powerful and raw, Brittany says things that are more than real and relatable, things many of us may be afraid to say or simply don’t know how to. The experiences, the emotion, are felt through every word and the pictures perfectly correlate accordingly. I would recommend this book, and absolutely plan to do so myself. you did an absolutely amazing job. This book is moving, impactful and incredible. It’s inspirational and a beautiful literary piece, I really hope you write a second. Even if it’s completely different. Especially now reading this one, I’m in awe. There’s a lot of relatable pieces, even if not whole situations and it’s amazing this form of speaking your truth, out loud, extremely public and being so transparent and vulnerable.-Ashley La Vine
